YOUR MISSION

As Operations Analyst - Supply, you are responsible for optimizing 3PL fleet quality and performance in Chișinău and Bălți, through day-to-day adjustments and long-term process improvements. You work with data and with our 3PL partners to keep courier performance, compliance standards and operational reporting at the level the business needs.

THE JOURNEY 

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points within supply operations, focusing on metrics like order delivery time, courier dispatch time, partner preparation time, partner acceptance time, and customer ratings.

• Generate actionable insights from complex datasets to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements for our couriers and partners.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics related to supply operational performance.

• Identify and communicate important insights to relevant stakeholders, influencing changes that enhance supply and partner efficiency and satisfaction.

• Utilize data to support the establishment of excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners and couriers, demonstrating data-backed value and building engagement.

• Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved in operations success to ensure a data-driven approach.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Experience in Data, Business or Operations Analytics; experience in transportation, delivery or logistics is a plus

• Solid practical SQL skills - writing queries, joins, aggregations, data extraction

• Experience building dashboards in Looker, Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools

• Proficient in Google Sheets / MS Excel for quick ad-hoc analysis

• Clear communication skills - able to explain analytical findings to non-technical partners

• An independent mindset with strong curiosity and initiative

• Fluent Romanian and Russian; English (min B2) for daily communication

Nice to have:

• Basic experience or interest in learning Python for data analysis (pandas), GCP, BQ or automation,

• Prior exposure to delivery apps, e-commerce or supply chain metrics.

• Experience using AI tools (Gemini, Claude) in your work.
