The Controllership Innovation team partners with process owners across Finance to develop and deliver solutions that create efficiencies, increase data fidelity and strengthen Delta’s internal controls.
The Controllership Innovation team seeks a Software Engineer II to design, develop, and support business process solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. In this role, you will work closely with Finance and Controllership stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions that drive measurable business value.
You will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective technical solutions that improve process efficiency, data quality, and operational controls. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with problem-solving ability, ownership, customer focus, and a passion for leveraging AI-enabled tools and modern development practices to accelerate delivery and enhance user experiences.
