ROLE DESCRIPTION:
You will be a part of the Customer Communication, AI and Automation (CAIA) team, and will play a key role in Delta’s Cloud modernization, AI delivery and Customer Experiences. This team develops and manages mission critical applications responsible for inbound customer communication and help them with their journey and provide better traveling experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building scalable, secure, and highly available solutions using AWS services, modern development frameworks, and DevOps practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As an AWS Engineer, you will design, develop, test, and deploy cloud-based applications on AWS.
- Build and maintain serverless and microservices-based architectures.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline.
