Diesel Mechanic Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated Diesel Mechanic Apprentice to work directly with our Lead Diesel Mechanic. This is an entry-level, hands-on position ideal for someone looking to build a career in diesel mechanics. The right candidate will be dependable, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team environment. Responsibilities Assist the Lead Diesel Mechanic with daily maintenance and repairs Learn to diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems Perform basic maintenance on trucks, trailers, and tankers Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge (diesel engine experience preferred but not required) Knowledge of air brake systems is a plus Experience working on trailers and tankers is a plus Basic understanding of vehicle electrical systems is a plus Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work well with others and follow direction
