Tasks and Qualifications:
- Complete pre-commissioning (electrical commissioning) of standard Dematic solutions, per discipline.
- Participate in pre-commissioning of non-standard/third-party solutions under guidance and supervision
- Participate in the design of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software.
- Participate in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction.
- To promote personal and business continuous improvement and development of processes to achieve improved time cost and quality or project delivery.
- Lead commissioning/design efforts for semi-complex areas with assitance.
- Participates in the PLC software design
- Participate in commissioning on-site
- Participate in software PLC emulation development and testing of semi-complex systems
- Participation in Hotline support
- Participate in host integration and postgolive support on site
Requirements :
- Studies related to Electrical/Controls Engineering
- Experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA development and commissioning software
- Hands-on experience with electrical commissioning.
- Good understanding of Electrical and Electronic technical manuals & drawings
- Understanding of distributed control systems desirable not essential
- Understanding of automated warehouse desirable not essential
- Ability to travel to customer sites, both domestically and internationally (60-80%).
- Full driver’s license to support the travel requirements of the role.
