The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment and systems to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production processes. This role is crucial for meeting production targets while adhering to food safety and quality standards.

- Maintenance: Perform maintenance, inspections, PM’s and installs of production mechanical and electrical systems Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment and systems using testing devices and technical schematics.
- Repairs: Execute repairs on mechanical and electrical production equipment and systems Installation: Install new mechanical and electrical equipment and systems as required, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Upgrades: Assist in the upgrading of existing mechanical and electrical systems to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards, including food safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections; using CMMS system Collaboration: Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to mechanical and electrical emergencies, providing quick resolutions to prevent production interruptions.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- Housekeeping: Perform routine housekeeping activities in the department and ensure adherence to established safety procedures and requirements.
