Customer service representative

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, forms, and requests, including product availability, replenishment, pricing, and delivery information.
• Manage customer communications related to orders, shipments, invoicing, and general enquiries.
• Provide prompt and professional support via phone and email.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and claims in accordance with DENSO policies and procedures.
• Support warranty claim and return shipment processes.
• Maintain customer master data and create new customer accounts where required.
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Perform corrective actions in customer accounts, pricing, and system data when required.
• Participate actively in team meetings, customer meetings, and improvement projects.

• Higher education degree.
• Native Polish speaker (mandatory).
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (mandatory).
• Czech language skills are beneficial but not required.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, or Sales Support.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP Oracle systems is an advantage.
