Position Overview:

Konikoff Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in our  Harbour View Office located at 5849 Harbour View Blvd, Suffolk, Virginia 23435 . We also offer hygiene coaching to support continuous professional development, so there’s no limit to how far you will go in your career.   Status: Hourly + Monthly Performance Bonuses  

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay: Base rate of $50 - $55 per hour for single column hygiene and $60-$65/hour for assisted hygiene. Sign on Bonus: $15,000

Schedule:

Tuesday-Thursday 8a-5p, and Friday 7a-3p, no Saturdays.   Average Patients Per Day: 8 single column and 14-15 assisted hygiene. Responsibilities:

Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols Qualifications

Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
