We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused RDA to join our growing team in Cypress, TX! We’re a close-knit, all-female team that takes pride in creating a welcoming patient experience while supporting each other and working together as a team.
What We’re Looking For- Active Texas RDA license and current required certifications
- 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience is required
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft software
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
- Professional and compassionate with patients
- Team player who works well in a close-knit environment
- Detail-oriented and able to follow through on responsibilities without constantsupervision
What You’ll Do- Assist the doctor during general dentistry, take dental X-rays and complete other RDA duties within your scope
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain proper infection-control standards
- Maintain organized, stocked operatories
- Provide excellent chairside support and patient care
- Support the clinical team with daily office flow and other duties as needed
