Toothworks Fairview Park Dental is conveniently located in the Fairview Park Mall in the southeast end of Kitchener. We offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of our patients, including general dentistry, oral surgery, Invisalign®, children’s services, cosmetic treatments, emergency care, and much more.

Schedule:  Full-Time

Monday: 9:45am - 6:15pm (1hr break)  

Tuesday: 10:45am - 7:15pm (1hr break)

Wednesday: 10:45am - 7:15pm (1hr break) 

Friday: 10:45am - 7:15pm (1hr break) 

Sunday: 8:45am - 5:15pm (1hr break)

The wage for this Dental Administrator position is $24-$27/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role:

• Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression

• Optimize the daily appointment schedule to ensure full utilization with minimal gaps

• Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records

• Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations

• Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts

• Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments

• Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner

About You:

• Minimum 1 year of Dental Administration experience is required

• Experience with dental software programs is required

• Clinical background is considered an asset
