The Division of Facilities, Health and Safety Services:
This Section is responsible for building facility maintenance and repairs which includes responsibility for two major buildings(Archdale and Green Square), four buildings located along Reedy Creek Road Complex, Division of Coastal Management in Morehead City with three district offices, Division of Marine Fisheries in Morehead City, fixed assets, vehicles, over 200 easement stewardship sites, and all leases related to property inclusive of seven regional offices in Asheville, Raleigh, Fayetteville, Mooresville, Winston-Salem, Wilmington, and Washington.

Minimum Education and Experience

High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two (2) years of progressive experience in the assigned trade areas; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Necessary Special Qualification May require current certification by the Environmental Protection Agency as a Type I, II, III or Universal technician as required by Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations Part 82, Subpart F.EEO Statement
