JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam, while also closely connected to our broader EMEA Search network. We look beyond basic campaign management, but to position paid search as an integrated part of our clients' broader growth strategy. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving online growth, taking full ownership from strategy to execution.

In managing your own portfolio of leading (international) brands, such as Victoria’s Secret, Miele, and Action, you will make strategic, innovative, and data-driven decisions that directly contribute to revenue and scale performance efficiently. Joining us means stepping into an open, collaborative environment. You’ll work on high impact projects while constantly exchanging knowledge and sharing innovations with search experts across our EMEA offices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Translate business objectives into a Paid Search roadmap;
• Being able to spot client challenges and opportunities for client growth together with the team and knowing how to stimulate the team to work towards a solution;
• Lean into automation and use of data within campaigns, including utilizing AI to improve performance;
• Stay informed about changes in search engine landscape and adjust strategies accordingly;
• Drive innovation within the Paid Search team by championing new approaches, frameworks, and performance methodologies;
• Deliver compelling presentations and communicate complex concepts clearly during sales meetings and client workshops;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with client goals;
• Direct point of contact with the client and being the POC for any SEA related matter.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Extensive (at least 5 years) experience in creating, managing and optimizing paid search & shopping campaigns, preferably within a digital agency or similar environment;
• Have a self-confident, competent and empathetic appearance with which you manage to convince colleagues as well as clients of your ideas;
• Strong knowledge of paid search platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads;
• Proven track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives;
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization;
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders;
• Analytical and flexible mindset;
• Can present complex results in clear and understandable language;
• Nice to have: Experience in mentoring/guiding co-worker(s) or a team of digital specialists;
• Directly available to start working from either our Amsterdam or Rotterdam office;
• Full working proficiency in English, Dutch is considered a plus;
