    • Secure long-term agreements with utilities and corporations to support financing and buildout of new renewable and storage projects

    • Develop PPA restructuring, blend-and-extend, and other structured product solutions to improve existing asset economics, including bilateral deal structures

    • Evaluate RFPs, lead bid strategy, and lead internal stakeholders (EPC, analytics, legal, development, finance) through bid preparation, competitive analysis, and procurement

    • Prepare approval materials, in tandem with the Head of Origination, outlining commercial strategy and key risks for bids, term sheets, and definitive agreements

    • Maintain an up-to-date deal pipeline and organized bid/transaction documentation

    Customer, Market & Portfolio Development

    • Provide commercial input to inform greenfield development siting strategy and evaluate origination opportunities for prospective M&A targets

    • Support merchant-exposure planning as legacy PPAs expire, evaluating market timing, pricing, tenor, and risk allocation

    • Prepare proposals and presentation materials for customers and buyers

    • Monitor RTO market and regulatory developments and translate them into actionable deal strategy

    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with utilities, C&I customers, power trading firms, and market peers
