Are you a trusted relationship builder who can turn customer goals into delivery results? As a Business Relationship Manager at Derivco, you'll own strategic operator relationships across a region. You'll connect our customers' business objectives with the technology and delivery teams who make them happen.
You'll be the main point of contact for your assigned operator accounts. Your job is to keep relationships healthy, priorities aligned and communication clear. The goal is to retain and strengthen long-term partnerships across regulated iGaming markets and to maximise customer lifetime value.
What you'll do
- Own strategic operator accounts. Manage day-to-day engagement, monitor relationship health, and build delivery confidence so that partnerships stay strong and customers stay satisfied.
- Give operators clear visibility. Consolidate and validate work in flight across product, engineering and compliance teams, including requests, changes, dependencies and timelines.
- Shape prioritisation. Contribute operator context, front-end scoring and business-impact perspective to decisions made by product and engineering.
- Lead customer communication during incidents. Keep operators informed, stay transparent about resolution progress, and coordinate operator-facing responses.
- Align teams internally. Work across product, engineering, compliance, governance and operations to clarify ownership and dependencies, remove blockers and keep delivery moving.
- Represent the customer's voice. Bring market insights, regulatory updates and operator priorities into internal planning and roadmap conversations.
- Protect commercial commitments. Support adherence to SLAs, OLAs and performance standards, and help mitigate commercial risk.
- Support compliance. Assist with audit, regulatory reporting and jurisdictional compliance activities.
- Manage your departmental budget. Forecast needs, oversee expenses, prepare variance reports and apply cost controls.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in account management, client services or business relationship management within technology or regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms, project management tools and business intelligence platforms
- Working knowledge of iGaming platform operations, such as casino content delivery, sportsbook capabilities and compliance frameworks, across multiple jurisdictions
- A proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and keep them aligned on delivery commitments
- The strategic thinking to translate business requirements into likely IT requirements and turn data trends into actionable insight
