    Full-time | 6 Months | Hybrid | 3 Days per Week in Office | Toronto, ON

Are you a recent post-secondary graduate looking to launch your career in marketing, influencer relations, social media, and community engagement?

Dermalogica is looking for a curious, creative, highly organized, and relationship-focused recent marketing/PR graduate to join our Marketing team as an Influencer & Community Marketing Intern.

Reporting to the PR & Influencer Specialist, this role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across influencer marketing, community engagement, social media, PR, content creation, product seeding, and project coordination. As part of this six-month project, you will help build and develop the Dermalogica PRO Collective—a community of professional skin care experts and emerging voices who can authentically educate, create content, and advocate for the Dermalogica brand. This is an opportunity to take what you have learned in school and apply it in a real-world marketing environment while developing a portfolio of experience and measurable project results.

    Your 6-Month Project

Throughout the internship, you will support the development and growth of the Dermalogica PRO Collective, helping to create a more organized and consistent approach to identifying, engaging, activating, and supporting professional skin care voices.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to a project that includes:

    • Building and maintaining a database of potential and existing PRO Collective members
    • Identifying emerging voices across esthetics, dermatology, nursing, medspa, skin science, wellness, and professional education
    • Developing monthly content opportunities and creative briefs for PRO Collective members
    • Supporting relationships and ongoing communication with members
    • Coordinating product seeding and content opportunities
    • Tracking and organizing PRO-generated content
    • Monitoring social media conversations and emerging trends
    • Supporting monthly reporting and measuring community engagement
    • Making recommendations for how the PRO Collective can continue to grow and evolve

By the end of the six-month project, you will have gained practical experience in influencer marketing, community development, social media, PR, project management, reporting, and relationship building.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research and identify credible emerging voices across professional skin care, esthetics, dermatology, nursing, medspa, skin science, wellness, and education.
    • Help identify students, emerging professionals, and established Pros who may be a strong fit for the Dermalogica community.
    • Support the development and distribution of monthly PRO content briefs aligned with the marketing calendar, including video prompts, expert perspectives, product education, and campaign themes.
    • Monitor social media and community conversations to identify relevant trends, questions, topics, and content opportunities.
    • Support ongoing communication with PRO Collective members and help ensure members remain engaged with the Dermalogica community.
    • Assist with coordinating PRO filming days, events, office visits, and other content opportunities.
    • Maintain organized records of PRO-generated content, including links, social handles, content type, engagement, and usage rights.
    • Support monthly reporting, including PROs activated, content generated, social tags, engagement, and top-performing content.

    Influencer & PR Support

    • Support the development and maintenance of influencer and PRO seeding lists.
    • Coordinate product shipments and help maintain accurate tracking of product seeding.
    • Support organic PR and influencer mailer send-outs.
    • Assist with tracking influencer and PR activity and maintaining organized records.
    • Stay informed about upcoming product launches, campaigns, product education, and key brand messages to ensure communications are accurate and consistent.

    • Help identify opportunities to engage with relevant professional and skin care communities.
    • Bring forward interesting social trends, conversations, creators, and content ideas.
