This role is designed for RNs who want to develop clinical skills in aesthetics while working alongside an experienced team. No prior aesthetic experience is needed, as we offer comprehensive onboarding and training.
Support patient assessments and assist with treatment preparation
Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms
Aid senior nurses and providers during procedures
Observe patients’ progress before, during, and after treatments
Provide clear instructions and guidance to clients
Keep accurate records and follow clinical protocols
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards
Deliver professional and courteous client interactions
Active, unrestricted RN license
Open to new graduates or RNs seeking hands-on learning
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Professional appearance and conduct
Enthusiasm to learn aesthetic procedures and patient care techniques
