Registered Nurse Trainer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 80% Remote / 20% Travel
Role Overview
We are looking for a licensed RN or APRN with experience in aesthetics or med spa settings to develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff. The first two weeks will be on-site at a spa location to learn procedures, treatments, products, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain training materials for clinical staff
Lead virtual training sessions
Conduct on-site orientation for new staff during travel assignments
Support and mentor junior nurses
Work with leadership to standardize clinical practices
Qualifications
Active RN or APRN license
Experience in aesthetic or med spa nursing
Ability to travel occasionally as required
Compensation & Benefits
$22–$27 per hour
Primarily remote with occasional travel
Travel expenses covered by the company
