Compensation: $3,000 monthly base pay + commission

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives in a luxury spa environment. The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue by selling treatments, packages, and services, while coaching and managing the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Sell and upsell spa treatments, services, and packages to clients
Cross-sell complementary services to maximize revenue
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
Track sales performance and monitor key metrics
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
Follow up with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and team goals
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to sell and achieve sales targets
Leadership or team management experience preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor
Comfortable in a luxury spa or client-focused environment
