We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our medical spa team. In this role, you will engage with clients, provide guidance on services and packages, and drive spa sales. The ideal candidate has a professional presence, strong communication skills, and a client-focused mindset.
Consult with clients on spa services, packages, and retail products
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales
Collaborate with spa staff to ensure excellent client experiences
Promote a professional and welcoming spa environment
Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Polished, professional demeanor
Interest in skincare, wellness, or the spa industry is a plus
Competitive base pay with uncapped commission potential
