Business Application Support Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with data quality requirements
  
• Supports all TMS-related matters, with the main focus on CargoWise areas: Forwarding, Customs, Finance and Warehouse
  
• Resolves and coordinates tickets in the customer ticketing system (KACE)
  
• Develop a thorough understanding of CargoWise work instructions to effectively guide and support users and customers.
• Organizes and supports regular tasks around CargoWise
  
• Works on TMS-related projects
  
• Provides regularly scheduled project updates
  
• Supports cross-functional activities, as required
• Raises tickets with the software provider, as required
• Comply with data quality metrics compliance rules
• Maintain and edit documentation for support processes and compliance audits
