Key responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts
• Assist in implementing sales plans and achieving assigned targets
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and service presentations
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Handle client queries and follow up on leads and opportunities
• Provide input on market trends and customer feedback

Skills, knowledge and expertise:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in freight forwarding field 
• Proven experience in sales, business development ideally in logistics or freight forwarding
  
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams
• Ability to close business & strong negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
