Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit the company sales targets by expanding customers portfolio
• Identifying emerging markets, market shifts
• Tackling target prospects/clients with regular sales activity reports
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Writing up offers and proposals to clients
• Present sales and profitability reports and realistic forecasts to the management
• Administration and support in daily business activities in a global business environment
• Supporting management (local and regional) in reporting, etc.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

• Know-how in freight forwarding; experience in ocean freight, incl. breakbulk, is an advantage
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a comparable position within a Project freight forwarder
• Proven track record of successfully Business developments and sales achievements
• Familiarization with current software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good organizational skills, customer-focused with attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills (cross-functional and cross-cultural)
• Fluent French and English skills, both written and verbal
