Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate deugro's Azure AI platform and AI Lab environment, creating the foundation for the organization’s AI capabilities
• Identify, design, build, and deploy AI solutions that create measurable business value
• Develop and maintain AI applications using Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Document Intelligence
• Collaborate with application owners and integration specialists to connect AI solutions with business systems in accordance with established architectural standards and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into scalable AI solutions
• Establish AI engineering best practices, governance standards, security controls, and cost management processes
• Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations on AI innovation and future opportunities for deugro
• Act as a trusted AI advisor and technical expert, helping teams adopt and leverage AI technologies through hands-on delivery and technical leadership

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• 5+ years in software engineering, cloud engineering, data engineering, or solution architecture
• 2+ years hands-on with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI / GenAI solutions
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering AI solutions from proof-of-concept through production deployment
• Strong knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, Azure Functions, and related services
• Experience developing applications using Python and/or .NET
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and experience leveraging AI assistants to improve processes and productivity
• Experience with data management, NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud-based application development
• Understanding of AI governance, security, responsible AI practices, GDPR, and enterprise data protection requirements
• Ability to engage business stakeholders and translate operational challenges into practical AI solutions
• Logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, finance, or project logistics industry experience is preferred but not required
