Principle Purpose of Job: The Server Assistant works with front servers to support and facilitate attentive, efficient service. The Server Assistant is responsible for keeping the dining room clean, supporting table set up before every service, remove empty dished from tables, and clean the floors and tables after the service ends. Our restaurant is fun and fast-paced, and we genuinely want our employees to enjoy working here. *Please note that this role may involve placements in Heck's Tavern, Ranch House Restaurant, Volario's, Café Giocondo, or on our Banquets team.
