    Responsibilities:

    </strong></div><div><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></div><div>1. Continuous Improvement & Lean Implementation<br>- Lead and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives across production<br>- Deploy and sustain Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time)<br>- Identify waste (Muda), variability, and inefficiencies and implement corrective actions<br><br>2.

    Process Analysis and Optimization<br>- Analyze current processes to identify bottlenecks, cycle time issues, and non-value-added activities<br>- Develop and implement optimized workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)<br>- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis<br>- Utilize tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to improve end-to-end flow<br><br>3.

    Performance Monitoring & KPI Management<br>- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, productivity, lead time, and scrap rate<br>- Establish visual management systems (dashboards, boards, daily management)<br>- Drive accountability and performance improvements based on data analysis<br><br>4. Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving<br>- Lead structured problem-solving activities using Lean and Six Sigma tools<br>- Ensure sustainable corrective and preventive actions are implemented<br><br>5.

    Standardization and Best Practices<br>- Develop and maintain standard work procedures and documentation<br>- Ensure consistent application of Lean standards across departments<br>- Benchmark and share best practices within the organization<br><br>6. Training & Change Management<br>- Train employees and supervisors on Lean principles and tools<br>- Promote a Lean culture and continuous improvement mindset<br>- Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes<br><br>7.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration<br>- Work closely with production, quality, engineering, supply chain, and maintenance teams<br>- Support new product introductions (NPI) with Lean principles<br>- Collaborate to improve end-to-end value streams<br><br>8. Cost Reduction & Efficiency Improvement<br>- Identify and execute projects that deliver cost savings and productivity gains<br>- Improve resource utilization (labor, materials, equipment)<br>- Support budgeting through cost analysis and ROI evaluation of improvement projects<br><br>9.

    Factory Digitalization & Smart manufacturing<br>- Drive implementation of real time manufacturing monitoring, to enhance visibility and control of manufacturing operations.<br>- Establish dashboard and KPIs for OEE, scrap, production output and maintenance performance.<br>- Provide regular reports on production efficiency, equipment performance, and maintenance KPIs.<br style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div><br></div><div>- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related discipline.</div><div>- At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing.</div><div>- Proficient in spoken and written English.</div><div>- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.</div><div>- Brings a proactive mindset to work, takes ownership of tasks, and aims to deliver dependable results.</div>
