Production Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

<br><br>Robot set up: complete robot set up as and when required. Monitor robot performance and complete trouble shooting.<br><br>System Compliance: Ensure that all Manufacturing related systems are followed by self and subordinates. Record compliance with the system.<br><br>Performance Monitoring: Track Plan v/s Actual production qty and raw material consumption<br><br>Problem-Solving & CAPA: Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) implementation for production related issues.<br><br>Process Improvement: Work with team to implement continuous improvement by improvement methodologies (QCC, Kaizen, LEAN & Six Sigma).<br><br>Compliance & Documentation: Ensure suppliers meet regulatory and company quality standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO19443) and maintain proper documentation and certifications.<br><br>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to align supplier quality with business needs.<br><br>Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to workmen on quality expectations, standards, and best practices.<br><br>Escalation Management: Serve as the key point of contact for Production related issues</div>
