    <p style="margin-right:.25in;text-align:justify;">Dextra is a global leader in engineered solutions for concrete reinforcement, committed to delivering innovative products and premium services to major construction projects worldwide.</p><p style="margin-right:.25in;text-align:justify;">We are expanding our presence in Central Europe and are looking for a <strong>Sales Manager, Poland, </strong>based in one of the following major cities: Gdansk, Lodz, Poznan, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

    His/her main task is to support our rebar fabricator partner(s), build and strengthen our relationships with local and international structural engineering consultants, contractors and subcontractors, and precast companies, and actively contribute to Dextra’s project-oriented commercial development, especially in the energy and infrastructure sector.</p><div><br></div><p style="margin-right:.25in;text-align:justify;">Key Responsibilities include:</p><p style="margin-right:.25in;text-align:justify;"><strong><u>Market Development & Sales:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Drive business development efforts focusing on specification work with structural engineering consultants and technical departments of contractors.</li><li>Promote Dextra’s full product and service offering, including premium services.</li><li>In coordination with the Sales Manager Central & Southern Europe, identify and qualify key infrastructure and building projects (through fabricators or not); build and maintain a project pipeline.</li><li>Participate in targeted industry exhibitions to promote Dextra’s solutions, expand professional networks, and conduct market intelligence.</li></ul><p style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:.25in;margin-bottom:0in; margin-left:.5in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;"><br></p><p style="margin-right:.25in;text-align:justify;"><strong><u>Customer Engagement:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Conduct regular visits and presentations to structural engineering consultants and technical departments of contractors, ensuring Dextra is top of mind when it comes to innovation, reliability, and service.</li><li>Educate and train partners on Dextra solutions, including in-factory demonstrations of our systems.</li><li>Coordinate with internal technical and back-office logistics teams to provide optimal customer support and follow-up.</li><li>Support and coordinate sales efforts with fabricators' sales teams, organizing periodic meetings to refine strategy and set short- and medium-term objectives.</li></ul><p style="margin-right:.25in;text-align:justify;"><strong><u>Coordination & Collaboration:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Support the regional management team in aligning commercial strategies with project stakeholders (consultants, contractors, fabricators).</li><li>Participate in key project follow-ups and specification initiatives alongside consultants when needed.</li></ul><p style="margin-right:.25in;text-align:justify;"><strong><u>Reporting & Strategic Input:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provide monthly reports covering market activity, project updates, customer feedback, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Contribute to sales forecasts and coordinate with fabricators on capacity and inventory needs.</li></ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Business Administration</li><li>Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales within the construction or rebar fabrication industry in Poland</li><li>Native level written and verbal communication skills in Polish.</li><li>Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Further languages are a plus.</li><li>CRM Systems: Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for managing sales activities and market intelligence.</li><li>Microsoft Office: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, analysis, and presentations.</li><li>Sales and Quotation Tools: Familiarity with sales and quotation management tools</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build rapport at both shop floor and managerial levels.</li><li>Commercial mindset with the ability to promote value-added services and negotiate effectively.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Mobile and willing to travel across Poland and occasionally even beyond</li></ul>
