Senior Production Supervisor (Machine Fabrication)

Responsibilities:

</strong></div><div><br></div><div>The Senior Supervisor oversees machine assembly operations across internal and external parties, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. This role involves higher-level decision-making, cross-functional coordination, and strategic resource management. The Senior Supervisor acts as a key link between local teams and senior management, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Assembly Operations & Quality </strong></div><p style="text-indent: 0in;">- Supervise machine assembly activities, ensuring compliance with technical reference documents (WI, process drawings, BOM, Route, etc.).</p><p style="text-indent: 0in;">- Lead commissioning on returned & new machines processes across functional departments: after sales, design site equipment, planning, supplier quality engineers and quality controls.</p><p style="text-indent: 0in;">- Ensure product traceability and quality standards are consistently applied across sites.</p><p style="text-indent: 0in;">- Monitor and compare process yields across sites, implementing best practices to minimize scrap and defects.</p><div><br></div><div><strong>Strategic & Continuous Improvement </strong></div><p style="margin-left:0in;text-indent:0in;">- Support company-wide continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments.</p><p style="margin-left:0in;text-indent:0in;">- Propose and implement improvement plans to achieve KPIs.</p><p style="margin-left:0in;text-indent:0in;">- Contribute to the definition of standardized work procedures and enforce process discipline across all locations.</p><div><br></div><div><strong>People Leadership </strong></div><p style="margin-left:0in;text-indent:0in;">- Manage teams, ensuring consistent leadership practices.</p><p style="margin-left:0in;text-indent:0in;">- Approve recruitment, training, and development plans for assembly teams.</p><p style="margin-left:0in;text-indent:0in;">- Conduct performance reviews and ensure cascading feedback to operators.</p><p style="margin-left:0in;text-indent:0in;">- Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments to build a unified team culture.</p><div><br></div><div><strong>Planning & Decision-Making </strong></div><p style="margin-left:0in;text-indent:0in;">- Participate in strategic production planning and resource allocation.</p><p style="margin-left:0in;text-indent:0in;">- Set daily and weekly priorities, balancing workloads.</p><p style="margin-left:0in;text-indent:0in;">- Make higher-level decisions on resource deployment, problem resolution, and operational adjustments.</p><p style="margin-left:0in;text-indent:0in;">- Provide consolidated performance reports to direct superior, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.</p><div><strong>Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) </strong></div><p style="margin-left:0in;text-indent:0in;">- Enforce HSE rules and promote a strong safety culture across all assigned sites.</p><p style="margin-left:0in;text-indent:0in;">- Lead cross-site safety awareness campaigns and ensure compliance with company standards.</p><p style="margin-left:0in;text-indent:0in;">- Oversee safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring lessons learned are shared across sites.</p><p style="margin-left:0in;text-indent:0in;">- Report and be accountable for consolidated HSE KPIs.</p><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualification

Requirements:

</strong></div><div>- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.</div><div>- 5+ years of experience in machine assembly, site equipment supervision, or heavy machinery operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.<br>- Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems, assembly processes, and safety standards.<br>- Proven ability to manage teams’ operation and make strategic decisions.</div><div>- Good command of both written and spoken English </div><div>- MS Offices proficiency.<br>- Familiar with any ERP software, especially MPS.</div><div>- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</div>
