WHY WE WILL LOVE YOU

• You have 4-5 years of accounting experience in retail or wholesale (Accounting/Corporate Finance related experience in the retail industry is preferable, candidates only with CPA firm background will also be considered) 
• You are a bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting or Finance
• You have good knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP and local tax regulations
• You have sound experience and knowledge in bookkeeping
• You have strong time management skills and able to deal with many deadlines
• You have knowledge in internal controls
• You are strong attention to detail, and able to demonstrate a friendly, service minded and customer-oriented attitude
• You are highly structured, independent and goal-oriented personality and willing to take initiative and responsibility
• You have high sense of integrity
• You have good English reading and writing ability
• You are a qualified member of ACCA / HKICPA / equivalent (highly preferable)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Focus on bookkeeping which includes Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Account Receivables, Sales, Account Payables and Fixed Assets 
• Participate in month-end closing, e.g. preparation of journals, account analysis and reconciliations  
• Responsible for daily sales reconciliation  
• Process co-workers' expense reimbursement, and prepare cash advances for co-workers 
• Maintain fixed assets register, and calculate the depreciation according to Dairy Farm policies 
• Manage stock counts 
• Support the annual audit and year-end process 
• Prepare tax reporting
