Assistant DFIQ Insights Solutions Manager

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst specializing in Retail Media & Market Insights to drive our Asia expansion. In this role, you will analyze retail media networks (RMNs), omnichannel campaign performance, and regional consumer trends to turn complex datasets into strategic insights. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to identify market gaps and translate insights into revenue-generating services for retail and CPG partners across Asian markets.

• Retail Media Analytics: Evaluate performance metrics across digital retail media channels, including on-site, off-site, in-store, search, and display campaigns.
• Trend & Market Analysis: Synthesize macro retail trends, consumer behavior, and competitive intelligence across Asian markets into actionable trend reports and executive summaries.
• Service & Product Innovation: Identify industry white spaces to conceptualize, test, and propose new analytics products, consulting services, and insight packages for retail partners.
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Build and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) to track campaign ROAS, audience engagement, and shopper behavior metrics.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with commercial, product, and strategy teams to package data-driven recommendations into client-facing presentations and strategic roadmaps.

• Experience: Data analytics experience, specifically within retail media, e-commerce, digital advertising, or CPG retail context.
• Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the Asian retail ecosystem (e.g., SEA, East Asia), including regional e-commerce platforms, omnichannel trends, and loyalty ecosystems.
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
  • Familiarity with ad tech frameworks, attribution models, and retailer media platforms.
• Business Acumen: Proven track record of converting raw data into commercial insights and new service offerings.
• Communication: Strong verbal and visual storytelling skills, with experience presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
