You have a sound understanding of business, with experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced, and multichannel retail environment, and a proven track record of contributing to customer satisfaction and business results.

You have a strong understanding of the shopping experience and customer expectations, with experience in customer relations within a retail environment.
You are interested in home furnishing.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

Ensure customer focus and relevant business plans are aligned and integrated into a local action plan that is operationally implemented and delivered.
Drive a customer-focused culture across the entire market and secure an inspiring and seamless shopping experience that makes it easy for customers to shop.
Provide a family-friendly environment that converts visitors into happy customers.
Ensure the development of business competence by supporting managers and team leaders in setting and working towards relevant goals and agreed development plans.
Influence the unit management team with customer insights, enabling business decisions to be based on customer expectations.
Take responsibility for identifying and removing obstacles to secure an easy buying process, a positive shopping experience, and smooth payment and after-sales fulfilment.
Support commercial initiatives and priorities before, during, and after the shopping experience.
Identify and develop talent within the unit and department to support succession planning.
Plan and determine the required departmental resources and investments to achieve operational excellence while balancing customer expectations.
Ensure and monitor that the department operates in accordance with internal, global, and national rules and policies, IKEA best practices, and local legislation.

To inspire and surprise visitors by presenting and communicating the IKEA home furnishing offer with strong visual impressions that exceed visitors’ expectations. This will strengthen the IKEA Brand and convert more visitors into customers.
