• Drive growth across e-commerce, retail media, loyalty, CRM, and digital partnerships.
• Identify market opportunities, customer trends, and strategic investments to accelerate business performance.

Team Performance & KPI Management

• Own digital business performance and deliver revenue, profit, and customer growth targets.
• Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs across all digital initiatives and channels.

Customer Experience & Omnichannel Excellence

• Enhance the end-to-end customer journey across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction through customer-centric initiatives.
• Ensure a seamless omnichannel experience across app, loyalty, e-commerce, and stores.

Retail Media & Cross-Functional Execution

• Lead the development and execution of Retail Media initiatives to drive new revenue streams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver digital priorities, drive alignment and execution of key digital initiatives.

Budget & Resource Management

• Manage Digital Business budget and P&L to achieve financial objectives.
• Optimize resource allocation and investment priorities to maximize ROI.
• Ensure effective financial planning, governance, and performance management.

Team Leadership & Capability Development

• Lead and develop a high-performing Digital Business team.
• Build capabilities in digital commerce, retail media, CRM, and analytics.

Do you have experience in Digital Business?

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Technology, Digital Innovation, or related disciplines.
• 5-8 years of experience in Digital Business, E-Commerce, Omnichannel, Retail Media, Digital Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Business Transformation, with a proven track record in driving digital growth and business performance.
• Strong experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, preferably within retail, FMCG, loyalty, or consumer-facing industries.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in digital commerce, omnichannel business, and retail media.
• Data-driven with strong analytical, KPI management, and business performance capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proven leadership capability in team management, talent development, and change management.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
