生產營運主任 Production Supervisor

• Daily Performance monitoring
  Ensure proper operation and performance for assigned shift & function (included Meat Processing / Packing / Picking / Produce/ Relabeling). Perform basic troubleshooting and provide machinery operation training to team members.
• Manpower Deployment & Production Execution
  Coordinate and deploy frontline staff to optimize line perfomance Ensure production plans are completed on time and meet required quality and standards within assigned resource spending
• Continuous Improvement
  Support machinery, process, and product improvement initiatives.
• Daily Operations Management
  Oversee daily production, packing, and picking activities Maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency within assigned areas
• Operations Data Recording
  Ensure accurate and timely recording of all operational data in the PMS for assigned lines
• Ad Hoc Responsibilities
  Perform additional duties as required to support operational and business needs

Working Hours: 

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 09:45 PM - 06:45 AM (fixed shift, 5.5 working days per week, rotating days off)

Work Location: 

Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate (free company shuttle bus provided)

Do you have experience in Food?

• F.5 or Higher Diploma or above in industrial engineering or related disciplines
• Min.5 years’ supervisory experience in food Production, preferably from meat processing factory and manage complex/industrial machinery operations
• Strong experience in supervisory and meat processing
• Strong experience in machinery operation and sense of R&D
• Good communication skills
