Retail Marketing Senior Specialist

Is this your next challenge in Retail Marketing? 

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns in Hong Kong and Macau to achieve business and marketing objectives
• Support year-round trade activities, including weekly promotions, seasonal/thematic campaigns, product launches, and store openings or renovations
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of in-store marketing materials, POSM, and promotional mechanics to ensure timely and effective store implementation
• Support content development and implementation across digital, social, and other channels
• Work closely with creative and media agencies to develop effective marketing assets and stay updated on the latest retail and media trends
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and smooth execution
• Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
• Support ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives as required

Do you have experience in Marketing? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, retail, FMCG, or an agency environment
• Strong execution skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel
• Good understanding of retail operation, promotion mechanics, and customer marketing
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
