About the team:
Our Global Mobility function is fundamental to delivering Diageo’s future talent and development needs. We combine strategic business partnering, technical expertise and service delivery to design and manage a global mobility programme that enables talent to move compliantly and efficiently while ensuring a focus on employee experience.
About the role:
As a Global Mobility Business Partner, you will act as the trusted partner to business leaders and HR teams, with responsibility for managing international moves within your Region and/or Function. You'll help shape mobility solutions that balance business objectives, employee experience, cost and compliance while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Role Responsibilities:
This is an opportunity to influence talent mobility across one of the world's leading consumer goods companies. You'll work with senior stakeholders, advise on complex international mobility challenges and help shape the future of Global Mobility at Diageo, with a focus on development of mobile talent and continuous improvement
