EXTRUSION OPERATOR

$28/HOUR STARTING PAY + SKILL-BASED PAY ADVANCEMENT

Diamond Plastics Corporation is hiring Extrusion Operators. Production experience is a plus, but we're also looking for dependable, motivated people who are mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and ready to work.

KNOW THE SCHEDULE BEFORE YOU APPLY

This position requires:

· 12-hour shifts

· Rotating DAY and NIGHT shifts

· Alternating 3–4 shifts per week

· Required overtime as needed

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll help operate equipment that turns raw PVC material into finished pipe used in water and sewer systems across North America.

You'll learn to:

· Operate and monitor extrusion equipment

· Adjust equipment to maintain production and quality

· Measure and inspect finished pipe

· Perform and document quality checks

· Bundle finished product

· Identify and help correct production problems

· Maintain a clean and safe work area

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

· High School Diploma or GED

· Dependable with reliable attendance

· Willing and able to learn new skills

· Comfortable with hands-on, physical work

· Able to stand/walk on concrete during a 12-hour shift

· Able to lift, push and pull up to 60 lbs.

· Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and physical

Production experience is a plus — but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn matter.
