Job Description

Tenure:

· Grade 1: 9 months and above in the current role

· (SME): 9 months from DOJ

Performance Rating:

· Cumulative rating of Minimum Meets Expectations & Exceeds Expectations in the last 6 months as per the Performance Scorecard

· There should not be any Below Expectations rating in any of these 6 months.

Attendance:

· Not more than 2 NCNS in the last 3 months

Any other:

· Should not be on an active EDP / DAP/ PEP/ Action Pointers process (as applicable) as on date of application.

· Employees who have been redeployed to a new process should complete a cooling period of 9 months from the date of movement / transfer, before applying for any IJP.

Qualification – Undergraduate /Graduate from a recognized Institute or University in any discipline

Mandatory Training Completion:

· Applicant should have completed all the mandatory training modules applicable for the current grade/role, as on the application closure date.
