We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Technical Support Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in supporting technicians, customers, and business partners across our banking technology portfolio. This role combines technical expertise, troubleshooting capabilities, and training delivery to ensure successful adoption and support of ATM and self-service banking solutions.
You will act as a trusted technical expert, delivering engaging training programs, transferring knowledge to field technicians, and supporting customers in maximizing the value of our solutions. Working closely with product, engineering, service delivery, and technical teams, you will help drive operational excellence across a broad range of Diebold Nixdorf and multi-vendor banking products.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to internal technicians, customers, and business partners.
- Support approximately 20 field technicians by providing technical guidance, product expertise, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, course content, and learning assets.
- Collaborate with product specialists and subject matter experts to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant.
- Translate complex technical and operational concepts into clear, engaging, and practical learning experiences.
- Ensure consistency of training programs across products, customer environments, and delivery channels.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of learning frameworks, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing methodologies.
- Provide technical support related to ATM hardware, software, and banking technology solutions.
- Assist with issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and service delivery activities.
- Share best practices and continuously enhance training effectiveness and participant engagement.
- Support customers and service teams in the adoption and use of Diebold Nixdorf and multi-vendor banking solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Native-level Hungarian language skills with the confidence to deliver training and communicate effectively with local audiences.
- Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to operate in an international business environment.
- 4-5 years of experience in Technical Training, Learning & Development, Technical Support, Service Delivery, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience working with ATM systems and banking technology solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and operational issues within banking or financial technology environments.
- Proven ability to deliver technical training and facilitate learning sessions for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
