With expertise in space-based detection, tracking, identification, and monitoring, Digantara provides comprehensive domain awareness across regimes, allowing end users to have actionable intelligence on a single platform. At the core of its infrastructure lies a sophisticated integration of hardware and software capabilities aligned with the key principles of situational awareness: perception (data collection), comprehension (data processing), and prediction (analytics). This holistic approach empowers Digantara to monitor all Resident Space Objects (RSOs) in orbit, fostering comprehensive domain awareness.

We are seeking a high-agency, detail-obsessed Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO to enable high-leverage execution at the leadership level.

    Why Us?

    • Work directly with the founder & CEO in one of India’s most ambitious spacetech startups.

    • Gain front-row exposure to investor discussions, strategic decisions, and global operations.

    • Operate in an environment that prioritises speed, clarity, and ownership.

    • Be part of the team building the future of space infrastructure, one orbital layer at a time.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and prioritise CEO’s time and communication across internal and external stakeholders.

    • Prepare briefing notes, investor decks, internal memos, and strategic documents for high-stakes meetings.

    • Track action items and ensure tight execution across leadership workflows.

    • Act as a proxy on routine decisions where needed high trust and judgment required.

    • Coordinate with internal teams, investors, and government partners for meetings and information flow.

    • Anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks, flag blind spots, and keep things moving.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • 3–6 years of experience in high-velocity environments (startups, consulting, VC, or similar).

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    • High discretion, emotional intelligence, and maturity in handling sensitive information.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple threads without losing clarity or attention to detail.

    • Strong operational mindset with the ability to execute under ambiguity and pressure.

    • Proficiency in tools such as Outlook and Microsoft Suite.

    Preferred Skills and Background

    • Prior experience working directly with founders or CXOs.

    • Interest in aerospace, national strategy, or deep-tech ecosystems.

    • Familiarity with investor relations, fundraising support, or strategic communications.

This is not a support role, it is an extension-of-the-founder role. If you thrive in chaos, simplify complexity, and see around corners — let’s talk.
