Duties & Responsibilities
The SIP provides progressive academic, ground, and flight training program for CH-47F pilot and non-rated crew
member (NRCM) readiness. Training includes classroom academics, simulator instruction, hands-on maintenance
training, aircrew progression per Readiness Level (RL), tactical employment and gunnery procedures (non-firing), and
evaluation support (grading and assessments). TAFT instructors shall advise and assist EAF instructors to build an
indigenous CH-47F flight training capability. The SIP will conduct recurring training and oversight to ensure crew
proficiency aligns with CH-47F operational standards.
