Technical Content Development & Knowledge Scaling

- Create clear, accurate technical content including forum posts, tutorials, application guidance, and Q&A responses.

- Translate customer inquiries into reusable, searchable technical knowledge.

- Ensure content reflects practical application, including tradeoffs and limitations.

- Maintain and update previously published content.

- Identify gaps in knowledge coverage and proactively develop content.

TechForum Platform Ownership & Moderation

- Own day-to-day operation and upkeep of DigiKey’s TechForum.

- Moderate discussions to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.

- Ensure responses create reusable knowledge.

- Improve forum structure and usability.

Technical Question Response & Insight Generation

- Respond to technical questions within the TechForum ensuring clarity and accuracy.

- Interpret datasheets and specifications for correct usage.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly.

- Identify recurring questions to inform content priorities.

Regional & Cross-Functional Support

- Support regional marketing initiatives with technical content.

- Assist in responding to customer technical inquiries from other regions (e.g., U.S.) during periods of high demand.
