This role will be instrumental in managing multiple projects and building a process & framework for marketing operations. If you like to use both sides of your brain, wear many hats, and are a true boot-strapper, this is for you!<br><br><em>Learn more: </em><a href="http://ddfla.com" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank"><em>ddfla.com</em></a><em><br></em><a href="https://www.instagram.com/digitaldesignfab/" rel="noreferrer"><em>https://www.instagram.com/digitaldesignfab/</em></a><br><br><br>The three key areas of focus for this role:<br>- Project Management: Estimator for build-outs and manage the budget & production for multiple projects simultaneously.<br>- Marketing Operations: Help develop the creative workflow for marketing assets and activate a social media strategy.<br>- Client Care: Manage relationships with clients & coordinate production of projects from conception through to execution.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: <br></strong></p><ul><li>Support Creative and Production teams in managing, planning, researching, and producing the build-outs for projects. </li><li>Possesses a strong foundation to identify & work with different materials/processes, like woods, metals, etc, and CNC milling.</li><li>Run estimates & plan project timelines supporting multiple clients, projects and teams to execute excellent work with high attention to detail</li><li>Use and manage online project management software, collaboration tools, calendars, file-sharing, time tracking, and company expense tracking</li><li>Respond to client feedback and steward the creative integrity of projects from development through to execution</li><li>Support the creation of project documents including estimations, proposals, plans, deliverables, and client-facing documents</li><li>Build, negotiate and track project budgets and scopes </li><li>Create, maintain and enforce project timelines and milestones</li><li>Coordinate approvals between clients, creative team, partners, and collaborators</li><li>Schedule internal and external meetings, create agendas and circulate notes / task assignments</li><li>Manage design workflow and production</li><li>Prepare production planning documents, call sheets, artist agreements and vendor contracts  </li><li>Secure all necessary permits for production while complying with all federal, state and municipal legal requirements</li><li>Enforcing consistency and excellence across all managed projects</li></ul><p><br><strong>Skills and

Experience:

<br></strong></p><ul><li>1-5+ years experience as a Producer or Project Manager in an agency context</li><li>Working knowledge of Google Apps & Microsoft tools. (Adobe Creative Suite & ShopVox a plus.)</li><li>Planning & managing social media calendar and content production </li><li>Intermediate knowledge of fabrication materials, industry practices, and techniques we specialize in.</li><li>Experience leading multiple projects at one time and comfortable with a fast-paced, collaborative work environment</li><li>Strong scheduling and time management skills</li><li>Experience managing design workflow and familiarity with digital and print design production</li><li>Excellent administrative skills from writing, document preparation, and creating estimations for each project/client</li><li>Experience in contract negotiation with clients and vendors</li><li>Experience in building and managing budgets</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships, answering phone calls, taking notes, etc. </li><li>Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Details:<br></strong><br>Full Time Employment (after 90-day probational review period)<br>Salary Wage (Rate based on experience)<br>Performance review (after 6 months)<br><br><strong>Employee
