Community Manager

Wayzen is a specialized software solutions provider and technology partner dedicated to the iGaming industry. Established on more than a decade of hands-on technical experience, the company develops, maintains, and scales high-performance casino and  sportsbook platform solutions from scratch.
Based in Tbilisi, Wayzen operates as a human-centric tech company that bridges the gap between complex software engineering and real business outcomes. Our team provides a sophisticated, API-driven engine designed to support the global evolution of iGaming through the mastery of technical complexity.

We are looking for a proactive and community-driven Community Manager to build, grow, and maintain a strong online presence across key social and gambling-related platforms.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for engaging with players and online communities, strengthening brand reputation, and creating meaningful interactions that drive loyalty, trust, and long-term community growth.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing communities within the iGaming, crypto, or online entertainment industry and understands the dynamics of platforms such as Twitter, Reddit, Discord, gambling forums, and review websites. They should be highly communicative, creative, analytical, and capable of developing engagement strategies that increase community activity and positive brand sentiment.

This position requires daily interaction with users, moderation of discussions, reputation management, and execution of community growth campaigns using a data-driven and experimental approach. The Community Manager will work closely with Marketing, CRM, Support, and Product teams to ensure consistent communication and an exceptional community experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong social media presence on Twitter, Reddit, Discord, Gambling forums and other social media channels.
• Plan & execute community engagement/growth campaigns with an experimental and analytical approach
• Community Building & Management – Interacting with the gambling communities across all channels on daily basis. Initiate and moderate a meaningful dialogue between community members on gaming review websites, forums, and other channels.
• Reputation Management – build, maintain, recover, and promote Company's online presence.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager/Community Manager is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Previous experience in iGaming or a keen interest in sports and/or casino games;
• Creative and analytical mindset
• Ambitious, curious, and fast learner
• Team Player
