    What You’ll Do

    • Work with small components and manually insert components into printed circuit boards.
    • Assemble and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
    • Package completed products according to established instructions.
    • Read and follow prints, drawings, samples, Bills of Materials, and written work instructions.
    • Accurately complete production, quality, and maintenance documentation.
    • Follow established safety procedures and help maintain a safe, clean work environment.
    • Meet production goals while maintaining our quality standards.
    • Use error-proofing procedures and look for opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and shorten cycle times.
    • Follow company policies and Data Classification Standards

    What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, takes pride in their work, and is committed to doing things the right way.

    Ideal candidates will have:

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work comfortably with small components.
    • Strong attention to detail and pride in neat, accurate work.
    • Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions.
    • Ability to accurately record production activity and observations.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a positive work attitude.
    • Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers across the organization.

    Why Join Us?

We’ve been in business for more than five decades because we know how to build quality products, develop strong teams, and adapt to a changing industry. Today, we’re focused on the next chapter: growth and continuous improvement.

When you join our team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to products that help protect people, property, and businesses while building valuable manufacturing skills in a company with a long history and a strong future.

If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, hands-on, and ready to grow with a company that’s investing in its future, we’d like to meet you.
