    • Develop technology roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and provide cost-benefit analysis for future investments.
    • Strengthen cybersecurity by implementing and maintaining security controls that protect DMP's systems and intellectual property.
    • Coordinate incident response, change management, maintenance windows, and infrastructure projects while maintaining high system availability.
    • Build strong partnerships with internal teams, vendors, and managed service providers to deliver exceptional technology solutions.

    • Extensive experience with switches, firewalls, enterprise wireless networks, routing, and network security.
    • Strong systems administration experience supporting both Windows Server and Linux environments.
    • Experience building, deploying, maintaining, and patching enterprise infrastructure in 24/7 production environments.
    • Strong understanding of virtualization, cloud technologies, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
    • Experience with web infrastructure, load balancers, web servers, database servers, and enterprise applications.
    • Experience developing automation and scripting solutions that improve operational efficiency.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, capacity planning, infrastructure monitoring, and enterprise documentation.
    • Ability to manage multiple technical projects while balancing priorities, timelines, and business objectives.

    What Makes You Successful

    You are someone who:

    • Thinks strategically while executing with attention to detail.
