🔥 Why this role exists
Our commercial teams are local and small, covering markets far bigger than their headcount. They win on relationships. They lose time on everything else.
Scaling here means giving each small local team the firepower of a much bigger one. The right CRM, the right tooling, the right automations, and market signals that arrive first.
🎯 What you will do
Structure the Sales Ops approach, bringing together central and regional business analytics and business operations, plus Marketing, Finance and Product.
Run / redefine tools and CRM first with a global multi offer approach a
Put AI to work across the commercial cycle. Meeting capture into the CRM, account scoring, RFP.
Run the RFP radar and the business cases. Build the global tender watch — procurement portals, signal triage into the CRM — and the AI-assisted business case and pricing guardrails behind each deal.
Enable efficient commercial governance : pipeline reviews by zone, forecast rituals, strategic account reviews — with one prepared data set and material the Comex can act on.
Drive sales enablement with Marketing. Co-own the reference sales kit — pitch, argumentation, onboarding the field actually needs
đź‘€ Who we are looking for
Experience: 8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or operational consulting, with real exposure to long-cycle, multi-country B2B.
CRM expertise: you have architected,, not just used it — data model, pipelines, workflows, reporting — and ideally migrated onto it.
At ease at the strategic level: you can build a deck that holds up in front of an executive committee, run a governance process, and shape the commercial narrative behind an offer.
Experience in telco, payments or digital content distribution is a plus
fluent English and French. A third language is a also an advantage here.
🌍 And one thing that matters more than the résumé
Our zones own their P&L. Nothing here gets adopted because it was decided at group level — it gets adopted because you made it obviously better for the people who have to use it. Expect around 30% travel in our different offices around the world
