Chief Operations Officer

Wayzen is a specialized software solutions provider and technology partner dedicated to the iGaming industry. Established on more than a decade of hands-on technical experience, the company develops, maintains, and scales high-performance casino and  sportsbook platform solutions from scratch.
Based in Tbilisi, Wayzen operates as a human-centric tech company that bridges the gap between complex software engineering and real business outcomes. Our team provides a sophisticated, API-driven engine designed to support the global evolution of iGaming through the mastery of technical complexity.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operations Officer to lead and scale our core operational directions across CRM, Customer Support, VIP, and Commercial functions.

This is a senior leadership role for a strategic and hands-on executive who understands the iGaming industry, crypto ecosystem, and player-centric operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the CRM, Customer Support, VIP, and Commercial directions
• Build scalable operational strategies aligned with business growth
• Drive player retention, engagement, and overall customer experience
• Oversee the performance and development of the VIP unit
• Optimize operational processes, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration
• Work closely with C-Level leadership to translate business goals into operational results
• Identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers and operational teams
• Ensure a strong data-driven and customer-focused approach across all functions

🔑 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior Operations leadership role within iGaming
• Strong understanding of Casino / Sportsbook operations
• Crypto knowledge and experience are mandatory
• Strong background in CRM, Customer Support, VIP, and/or Commercial operations
• Experience managing multiple departments and large teams
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle, retention, VIP management, and customer experience
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Fluency in English
