As a Credit Operation Executive, you will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically in the CLM Domestic BFSI department. Your primary focus will be on managing credit-related tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Handle credit applications and process them efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Review and analyze credit reports, financial statements, and other relevant documents to make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of credit operations, including loan approvals, disbursements, and repayments.
- Collaborate with the customer care team to address customer inquiries and concerns related to credit services.
- Monitor and manage credit risk by implementing risk mitigation strategies and staying updated on industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, such as the sales and operations departments, to align credit operations with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Provide regular reports and insights on credit operations to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and potential risks.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance credit processes and customer experience.
- Support the training and development of junior credit operation staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit operations, preferably in a back-office environment.
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with credit processing software or systems is an advantage.
