Customer Care Executive

Monitor and analyze credit card transactions to identify potentially fraudulent activities.

Investigate fraud alerts and determine whether transactions are genuine or fraudulent.

Take timely and appropriate action to prevent and mitigate financial fraud.

Coordinate with internal teams as per established fraud control procedures.

Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to compliance guidelines.

Support fraud detection, prevention, and risk mitigation activities.

Follow defined processes, quality standards, and security guidelines.

Responsibilities

Any Bachelor’s Degree – Freshers are eligible.

Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Good Hindi communication skills.

Fluent English communication skills – Verbal & Written.

Basic computer knowledge.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Interest in banking, fraud prevention, and risk analysis.

Ability to follow processes and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
