As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in our customer care team, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information and support. You will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.

- Gather and document customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and enhance service quality.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer effective solutions to customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy and security.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems accordingly.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential customer issues or complaints to the appropriate team leads.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company developments and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in customer service or call center operations are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in a collections or telecollection role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer segments.
- Strong active listening skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
